愛期艾爾軸承年后更新了一批軸承計量設(shè)備,包括光譜分析儀,數(shù)字化粗糙儀,數(shù)字化輪廓儀,圓度圓柱度儀,金相光學(xué)顯微鏡,數(shù)字化光學(xué)測長儀等,企業(yè)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的管控將更一步得到提升。最近我們就開始中英文簡單介紹下這些儀器。
粗糙度測量儀是用觸針法,當(dāng)測針在被測工件上掃描,由工件表面輪廓不平而形成上下位移,使傳感器中產(chǎn)生信號并將其輸出。傳感器輸出的信號經(jīng)過處理后,形成數(shù)字信息,并上傳至PC機(jī)運(yùn)算處理。
The roughness measuring instrument uses the touch needle method. When the measuring needle scans on the measured workpiece, the up and down displacement is formed by the uneven contour of the workpiece surface, so that the signal is generated in the sensor and output. The signal output by the sensor is processed to form digital information and uploaded to PC for calculation and processing.
輪廓測量儀是用直角坐標(biāo)測量法,即通過X軸、Z軸傳感器,測繪出被測零件的表面輪廓的坐標(biāo)點,通過電器組件,將傳感器所測量的坐標(biāo)點數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)絇C機(jī),軟件對所采集的原始坐標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算處理,標(biāo)注所需的工程測量項目。
The surface profiler uses the rectangular coordinate measurement method, that is, the coordinate points of the surface contour of the measured parts are mapped through the x-axis and z-axis sensors, and the coordinate point data measured by the sensor is transmitted to the PC through the electrical components. The software carries out mathematical operation on the collected original coordinate data and marks the required engineering measurement items.
